landlordsolutions.ie will arrange for an Inventory of all contents and fixtures within your Property and their condition to be professionally completed on your behalf.
This service would commonly be availed of with a view to avoiding any potential dispute arising between the parties upon the end of the Tenancy regarding the contents provided within the Property and / or any deterioration caused to the condition of the Property or any of the contents thereof by the Tenant. Adopting this pro-active approach can prevent greater costs being incurred by the Landlord on the determination of the Tenancy.
Upon the completion of the Inventory landlordsolutions.ie will provide the Landlord with an Inventory Report in respect thereof.

3 BEDROOM PROPERTY: €195.00 incl. VAT
4 BEDROOM PROPERTY: €220.00 incl. VAT
5 BEDROOM PROPERTY: €245.00 incl. VAT
