If the matter is not satisfactorily resolved at Step 2 stage then, provided that you notify landlordsolutions.ie within the statutory period of 21 days from the date of the relevant decision (and giving us sufficient time within that period to prepare your Appeal), landlordsolutions.ie will arrange for the dispute to be the subject of an appeal to the Tribunal.
Our Advocacy Team will also Defend a Landlord where a Tenant brings an appeal and the options below will be modified accordingly.
landlordsolutions.ie will provide for the completion and lodgement of the Appeal documentation with the PRTB on the Landlord’s behalf and in addition will consult with the Landlord and provide the Landlord with a tailored Appeal Package pertaining to the particular circumstances of the Landlord’s specific dispute and the procedure which will be adopted by the Tribunal at the Hearing. By selecting Option 1 the Landlord elects to represent himself or herself at the Tribunal Hearing.

The representation will include examination of the Landlord and Landlord’s witnesses (if any) and cross-examination of the Tenant and Tenant’s witnesses (if any) at the Hearing. Choosing Option 2 in preference to Option 1 will significantly enhance the Landlord’s likelihood of success.
