As no record of any PPS numbers so submitted will be kept or recorded by us, we reserve the right to request a resubmission of these numbers on a future date, if the need so arises.

We reserve the right to transfer your personal and/or financial information to a third party in the event of a sale, merger, liquidation, receivership or transfer of all or substantially all of the assets of our Company provided that the third party agrees to adhere to this Privacy Statement and that the third party only uses your personal and/or financial information for the purposes that you provided it to us.
